It is down to my self care practice and the intervention of Qigong Ancient Chinese Healing wisdom.
I have a daily practice which I can teach to anybody and guarantee a renewed sense of vitality, vigour and enthusiasm for living and all this by you just practicing a simple set of exercises for 30 minutes a day.
I can offer this as a 6 week training programme, training with me once a week or we can do it as a one day workshop.
The benefits of this Qigong system cannot be over stated it is phenomenal the results we have seen with clients in a short space of time.
